At the end of the day, it's all about results and achieving goals. It’s important to answer the essential questions (in this order): 

  • Why are we doing something? 

  • How do we do it?

  • What (exactly) are we doing, when and with whom?

Raising awareness can only be the first (important) step. Attention follows energy. Therefore, one of the essential tasks of management is to make successes, results and developments visible to employees and stakeholders. If necessary, coaching sessions can focus on this.
