The Goethe Business School (GBS) is one of the most modern and innovative institutions in the field of management development in Germany. Closely linked to the University of Frankfurt, it offers, as an exclusive training platform, a variety of open and customised formats in order to prepare (prospective) managers along their individual development needs with a focus on upcoming management challenges.
With the Goethe Leadership Lab GBS is using a completely new approach. The latest findings from the fields of neuroscience, hypnosystemics and behavioural sciences were
combined to create a unique overall concept for the curriculum. The aim of the approach is that managers better understand their own mechanisms of action, use their resources more efficiently and fully exploit their potential - both for themselves, and for the development of their teams and the organisation. With the complementary intensive, transfer and fundamental training, the Goethe Leadership Lab has created a holistic approach, which, in addition to traditional approaches, is not only aimed at aspiring leaders, but also at experts and important players from human resources.

The Olympic sport hockey is the most popular sport after football in Belgium. In recent years, the structures of youth development as well as the men's and women's national team have been highly professional. Today the Red Lions (Men's National Team) are one of the top 5 teams in the world.
For several years now I have been significantly supporting the coach training of the national hockey coaches (U15 Trainers - U21 Trainers).
Furthermore I supported the different national squads (U18 & U21 Men), as well as men's national indoor hockey team (Indoor Red Lions) 2015/2016 to 2018 to the European and World Championships. In 2016 I accompanied the women's national team (Red Panthers).
